1. About Our Products
KixCustom specializes in hand-painted, made-to-order custom sneakers. Every pair is created specifically for you based on the design, color, and size details provided at the time of order. Because our products are custom-made, please review our Return Policy before placing an order.
2. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all design, size, and shipping details you provide are accurate. Once an order is placed, production begins shortly after, so orders cannot be cancelled or modified after checkout. We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout, and all prices are listed in the currency shown on the Site.
3. Production and Delivery
Orders are processed and produced according to the timelines listed on our Shipping Policy page. While we do our best to meet these timelines, production and shipping times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control.
4. Custom Designs and Intellectual Property
When you submit a design idea, reference image, or custom request, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other rights. We reserve the right to decline any custom request that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains offensive material, or that we are otherwise unable to fulfill.
5. Returns and Refunds
As custom-made items, returns and refunds are limited to cases of damage or manufacturing defect. Please see our full Return Policy for details.
6. Website Use
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KixCustom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
