Since every pair at KixCustom is hand-painted and made to order, your delivery time includes both production and shipping. Here's what to expect:
1. Processing — 1–2 business days
We confirm your design details and prepare your order for production.
2. Production — 3–7 business days
Your sneakers are hand-painted one pair at a time. Production time may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your design.
3. Shipping
Once your order is ready, you can choose between:
- Standard Shipping: 12–17 business days — $6.50
- Priority Shipping: 7–10 business days — $12.95
We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs processing.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package the whole way. You can also check your order status anytime on our Order Tracking page.
Returns & Cancellations
Because every pair is custom-made specifically for you, our return policy is limited to cases where the product is defective or damaged. Orders also cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, as production begins shortly after confirmation.
