Every KixCustom pair is made to order and handcrafted individually. We take the time to create distinctive, carefully finished products while working to complete and ship every order as quickly as possible.

7–12 business days — $12.50
Standard Shipping
12–15 business days — $7.50
Shipping time begins after production is complete and your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Returns & Cancellations
Because our products are custom and hand-painted to order, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production or customization has started, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Custom products are generally not eligible for return due to change of mind or an incorrectly selected size. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from your confirmed order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
